I love the jacket but it ended up being too big. I'm exchanging it for a smaller size and while the exchange process is relatively easy, I'm bummed that it's costing $11 to return the original item, plus another $5 to ship the new one. I ordered through the app so I missed the return/protection option that would have let me do the exchange for $2.98. Make sure you're selecting that option when you purchase in case you might have to do an exchange. This item says it runs true to size but the large is definitely not a size 10-12. I'd say it's more 14-16.
