Shipping
Website Shipping is $7.95 flat and FREE on orders over $125
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all APP orders. Download HERE to shop the app.
Canada shipping is available through the APP ONLY.
App orders ship to Canada for a flat $20 shipping rate on all orders.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lakeland, FL.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship out your order.
* Style Box and Market Pre Orders items ship within 12-15 business days from the time the box is first shown.

Waitlist and Preauthorizing
Waitlist your favorite sold out items, and get a notification if and when they restock.
After you waitlist an item you will get an option to PREAUTHORIZE your waitlist. If you choose to, you will enter your credit card information and will get bumped to the TOP of the waitlist. We will automatically process the credit card on file *if and when the item drops into your cart, meaning it is restocked and ready to ship from our warehouse! (Please note: Preauthorization does NOT guarantee we are able to restock the item, it just gives you a very high chance of getting the item if/ when it is restocked)
Style Boxes
Style boxes are the BEST new inventory from all of our favorite designers. We show these items in LIVE SALES on our By Alexa Rae app.
Style box items are pre orders that ship from our designers warehouse to our warehouse in Lakeland, Florida. After they pass through our quality control inspection they are shipped out to YOU!
For this reason, style box items take an average 12-15 days to ship to you.
Restocks
If an item you want is SOLD OUT, there is a place on each item to waitlist it to sign up for restock notification.
Restocks are not guaranteed, we do our very best to restock items our customers LOVE if they are available with our designers.
If you want a BETTER chance at getting a restocked item download our free app and pre authorize your card for your favorite sold out items to be first in line when we restock!
Sizing
We have listed a general sizing guide under our size guide linked here, but items differ according to the brand. We try to provide guidance in the specific item descriptions to better serve you.
