We proudly stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 1 year warranty. We guarantee all pieces against manufacturing defects, but please note, our warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen items
• Natural variations in stones or pearls (these make each piece unique!)
• Tarnishing or fading of metals or colored plating
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use

Each piece is carefully inspected before it ships. Due to the handmade nature of our plating process, small imperfections may occur—these are normal and not considered defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

• Within 30 Days: Full refund available
• After 30 Days (Up to One Year from Date of Purchase): We will repair or replace your item. If the original piece is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:

• Store it Safely: Keep pieces separate (our pouches work great!) to prevent scratches and tangling
• Avoid Moisture: Keep in a cool, dry place to prevent oxidation
• Limit Sun Exposure: Too much sunlight may fade colors
• Skip the Chemicals: Perfume, lotion, and sprays can damage jewelry
• Keep it Dry: Remove before swimming, showering, or washing hands
