Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
- Shipping is $5 flat and FREE on orders over $150.
- You only pay shipping one time in a 24 hour period.
- Shipping is $15 flat for all orders going to Canada.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship out your order.
- Style Box items ship within 7-10 business days from the time the box is first shown.
- Market Live items ship within 7-10 business days from the time of the live.
- We offer Redo Insurance on all orders for $2.48, so if you need to make a return the shipping is covered.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lakeland, FL.
- Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays brought about by USPS after packages have left our warehouse.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that life happens, you can cancel up to 10 orders per month.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations requesting a refund to the original payment method will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Store Credit: Cancellations requesting store credit will not incur a fee.
- Important: Once an order is printed, it can no longer be canceled. However, it will still be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s what to know:
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of delivery.
- We offer Store Credit and Refunds to your original payment method.
- For TikTok Orders please use TikTok shop for returns.
- Jewelry BAR Returns - Please visit our Jewelry BAR Return Policy page for information about our jewelry warranty and return policy.
- Return shipping is your responsibility and is not refunded.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.
- Final Sale items (including anything 30%+ off, mystery items, Doorbusters (i.e. Zenana), items ending in $.99, face masks, hats, socks, sunglasses, makeup, headbands, etc.) cannot be returned.
- No exchanges – We can't process exchanges due to limited stock. Please buy the item you want and return the original one.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Contact USPS for with your tacking info for further assistance.
- Returns rejected due to wear, damage, or being ineligible will be sent back at your cost.
- Accounts with a 50%+ return rate may be blocked from making further returns.
- Swimwear - returnable but must have the hygienic liners still in place.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@byalexarae.com within 3 business days with photos and order info before wearing or returning it. If you choose to keep your damaged item, you may receive a store credit of up to 25% of the price paid for the item.
