We are happy to provide refunds in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY. This applies to orders being canceled before items leave our warehouse. Any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered as well as in its original packaging. If we smell smoke, perfume, see pet hair or stains, the item looks visibly worn, or the items is final sale, the item will be returned at your cost. Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days from the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit. Due to high demand and limited quantities in certain styles, we cannot offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing desired item and shipping back your return. *All sales are final on mystery items, doorbusters, leggings, undergarments, hats, socks, items ending in $.99, and any items purchased with a coupon code applying a discount of 30% off or higher.* We cannot make an exception on these items. Please keep your return tracking number for your records. Please be sure to include your packing slip and/or order # with return. We cannot process your return without this information.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@shopwithalexa.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment and before the item is worn. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will take care of you!
